What services do you offer?
I offer acupuncture services using Traditional Chinese technique and diagnosis. This incorporates an eight parameter diagnosis achieved through a personalized intake assessment, including tongue and pulse observations. I use this assessment to create a treatment protocol that is a combination of acupuncture and other Traditional Chinese methods as well as suggest dietary and lifestyle changes. Pre-sterilized disposable needles are used in all treatments.

Do you have to use needles?
Micro-current stimulation is used for patients who may have an aversion to needles.  This hand held device stimulates the acupuncture points with micro-current, and has cold laser options available.

What other treatments are available?
Traditional Chinese medicine incorporates various modalities.  In addition to acupuncture; herbalism, moxibustion (a warming method that promotes circulation), tui-na (medical massage), cupping, and guasha therapies may be used in treatment, as well as nutrition and gentle health exercises. Combining all of these techniques allows for the body to work effectively towards restoring balance.
